​ Ross is responsible for running the Contract and Senior PM desk (IT/Digital focus) at VANRATH, which now stands as the first tier supplier to a range of Top 100 Northern Ireland organisations, SMEs, Public Sector organisations, Health and Social Care Trusts and NFP Organisations. He recruits across all senior/managerial levels of Project Management/Business Analysis/PMO, working on behalf of career contractors, as well as those seeking their first contract role.
